I’m taking a break

Hi Everyone!

You may have noticed I’ve been quiet these past few weeks and probably will be for a while. As much as I love helping you all, it is becoming very difficult for me to sustain the blog while working full time and studying to become a Nutritional Therapist. I’ve got lots of coursework and exams on at the moment and I’m trying to use all the time I’ve got outside of my job to work on all of this. Living with autoimmunity is not just about eating well, it’s also about managing stress levels, finding time to rest AND play.

I’m just taking some time out at the moment to refocus and not overstretch myself so I won’t be answering any private or public messages for a while.

In the meantime, if you’re looking for any kind of AIP information, other blogs and AIP recipes, please check out this awesome resources page over at Autoimmune Paleo.

Best of luck with your healing journey! I hope to be back at the end of the summer. x x

I’ve enrolled at the College of Naturopathic Medicine!

For the past month I have been crowd-fundraising to pay for a course in Naturopathic Nutrition and I’m delighted to tell you that I have now officially enrolled and will begin in January 2016 thanks to everybody’s incredible support. I couldn’t have got started without the £1205 you helped raise towards the first year of fees so thank you all very very much. I am SO excited!!

The course is part-time for three years and at the end I will be a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist. This means I’ll be able to take on my own clients to truly help them get to the bottom of their autoimmune disorders as well as a range of other ailments. As I learn each week I will also be better equipped to share my advice here on the blog and test out all the remedies I discover.

Please help me to help you!

Allow me to say a HUGE thank you to all of you that have been following my youtube channel and the blog right here. I am amazed by the number of you that are interested to hear more from me about how I am managing two autoimmune diseases.

In response to this I have put together a short video to tell you about a crowd funding initiative I have begun…
